The Congress We Participated In Was Held in Istanbul!

The 4th International Language and Literature Congress, jointly organized by Iğdır University and Rimar Academy, was held in Istanbul.

The “4th International Congress on Language and Literature,” which brought together many scholars from different countries, was held in Istanbul. Representing our university as a stakeholder of the congress, Prof. Dr. Murat Ali Karavelioğlu, Chair of the Department of Turkish Language and Literature at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, attended the opening ceremony.

At the opening ceremony of the congress held at a hotel in Istanbul, Prof. Dr. Karavelioğlu delivered a speech on behalf of our Rector, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Hakkı Alma. Beginning his remarks by noting that the “International Congress on Language and Literature” was organized with the participation of scholars from nearly 20 countries, Prof. Dr. Karavelioğlu, Chair of the Department of Turkish Language and Literature, provided information about the academic and scientific activities of Iğdır University. He emphasized that scientific collaborations with Rimar Academy and similar institutions would continue and conveyed the message that they would always support academic events.

The congress sessions, held both online and in person over the course of three days, concluded with the presentations of the invited speakers followed by a plaque presentation ceremony.
