Traditional Opening Lecture and Orientation Event

At the event held at the Faculty of Science and Letters, students enrolled in the Department of Turkish Language and Literature were briefed on the department's academic structure, educational processes, and various aspects of university life. The program, designed to help students adjust to the department and university life, also provided information regarding the department's academic and social opportunities.

The program is hosted by Dr. Bahar KURU He took on the role and gave a general presentation. ThenOur Department Head, Prof. Dr. Murat Ali KARAVELİOĞLU ...addressed the students. Karavelioğlu provided information regarding the department's academic structure, educational activities, and the processes students would undergo within the department. Wishing the new students success in their university lives, Karavelioğlu advised them to develop themselves in the field of Turkish Language and Literature and to make productive use of their time at the university.

Behind Our Dean, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ali KIRPIK He delivered a speech and introduced the current deanship team to our students. Wishing the new students success in their university lives, Prof. Dr. Kırpık emphasized the importance of making effective use of the opportunities offered by the university, alongside their academic development.

The event continued with presentations from the department's faculty members. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet ADIGÜZEL The traditional opening lecture was delivered. The fundamental characteristics of the department's educational program were addressed during the lecture, which was designed to help students gain an academic perspective on the field of Turkish Language and Literature.

The program continued with students meeting faculty members and staff and gathering information about topics regarding the department that they were curious about.
